Introduction and Technical Lessons
From the basics to more complex techniques, we will discuss both the equipment and the basic setup.

This course guides you through the entire process of professional architectural photography, starting with meticulous location planning and scouting to identify potential challenges before the shoot begins. You will learn how to maximize natural light by leveraging the time of day for optimal results in any space, and how to master composition to highlight a property’s Unique Selling Point (USP) with graphic precision. We cover the strategic use of artificial lighting, ensuring it is only employed to enhance the final image, alongside techniques for staging and simplifying spaces. Furthermore, the lessons dive into specialized topics like pool photography, the creative management of reflections, and the complexities of shooting in uncontrolled street environments.

From selecting the camera setting angle through staging to the photo shoot itself.
In this course we will take a look at a Luxury Villa on the island of Roatán in Honduras. In addition to the use of lightning, Jiri also shows work with practical and natural light and also shows the technique of light painting. During the photographic section, Jiri demonstrates a number of techniques.

The best way to learn is by doing. Each lesson is accompanied by Jiri’s RAW files, so you can follow his exact progress in Lightroom and Photoshop. You will learn:
Not only do we share the best that has been proven so far in the field of real estate photography, but we also solve your individual questions. We see your needs, problems and challenges as key to the creation of high quality architectural and real estate photography.

I enjoy inspiring photographers to grow, push their boundaries, and develop their own visual voice – because I do the same myself. My journey into architectural and advertising photography was shaped by years of searching, experimenting, failing, and starting over.
In the early days, nothing came easily. There were no clear paths, no shortcuts, and no ready-made answers. Progress came slowly—through persistence, repetition, and learning the hard way. Over time, that process opened the door to projects for top clients in the Czech Republic and internationally.
Today, I share my know-how for one simple reason:
to help you experience the same joy I feel when a photograph truly matches the atmosphere of a place—and when your client can feel it too.
